Amazon DSP software pricing. Five seats free.£10 per seat per month after that.
One price, counted one way. No tiers to decode, no per-vehicle arithmetic, and no sales call before you can see the product working on your own operation.
What counts as a seat
A seat is one registered, active user in WaveGo, whatever their role. Owners, admins, managers and drivers all occupy a seat. It is not counted per vehicle and not counted per route.
Two consequences worth stating plainly, because they are the questions everyone asks after the first invoice rather than before it. If you sign up on your own, you are already using one of the five free seats. And a seat is only occupied while a user is active — when someone leaves, their seat frees up for the next person.
Free and Professional, side by side
The difference is seats, payroll integrations and support. Everything that runs the operation is in both.

What it costs at your size
On the paid plan you pay for every active seat, not only the ones above five. Remember that seats include your office team, not just drivers.
Start on the free plan and stay there if it fits
The free plan is not a trial. Five seats, permanently, with no expiry and no card. An operator running a handful of routes with a small team can sit on it indefinitely — and see the product on their real operation rather than on a demo dataset.
What you get there is the operation itself: driver scheduling, recruitment and onboarding, the compliance records that a UK operator has to keep, and vehicle records. Payroll integrations and priority support are what the paid plan adds.
Billing questions
- What exactly is a seat?
- A seat is one registered, active user in WaveGo — whatever their role. Owners, admins, managers and drivers all occupy a seat. It is not counted per vehicle and not counted per route.
- So the account owner uses one of the free seats?
- Yes. If you sign up on your own you are already using one of the five, which leaves four for the rest of the team. We would rather you read that here than discover it later.
- What happens when someone leaves?
- A seat is only occupied while a user is active, so removing or deactivating someone frees theirs for the next person.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes. Paying a year up front is £102 per seat instead of £120, which works out at £8.50 a month — 15% off. Monthly stays available and there is no penalty for choosing it.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. Five seats are free permanently — no expiry, no card, no approval form. A small operation can run on it indefinitely.
- Do I pay for every seat, or only the ones above five?
- On the paid plan you pay for every active seat. Twenty seats is £200 a month, not £150.
- Is there a contract?
- No lock-in and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you want.
- Which currency?
- Pounds sterling. The product is built for UK operators and priced in GBP.
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- No. There is no implementation project to pay for — most operators are running the same afternoon.
